I just paused the development of GlaceDS for a short time as there were problems with the maps.

I’ll use the time to create a new game.

problems with glacedemo7

As you all know, I wanted to release the seventh demo two weeks ago.
But I’ve still got some problems with the memory handling.

In a long talk on the PAlib IRC Channel on irc.freenode.com BassAceGold and Kono told me, how it works right with the backgrounds.
But now the sprites look sometimes horrible.

As I’ve got no idea where the error is, I ask you.
And I added a video so you can see how it goes:

As I’ve got now four days without school (because of Ascension of Christ [Google translated this for me ;) ]), I can now code very much.
I started right today with implementing a part of the objectsystem.
After I solved a little problem, I can now create gems by using MapCodes of my map-creating-program TileStudio.

Here’s also a screenshot, where you can see how it gets better.

May after the Ascension of Christ I’ll post GlaceDSDemo7…

hope you can wait for it.

After I solved the problem with the collisions this is the final glaceds demo6.
Now I’ll code demo7.
I’ll try now to add gems and a sprite system…
